How do I order?

What does the price include?
The price includes your choice of bear, garment (excluding Paw Bears) and embroidery.
I can't see the bear I want, where can I get it?
If there is a bear that we supply that you like and it is not on the website please contact us on sales@channel-teddy.co.uk or alternatively by phone 01481 723871 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) and we will be happy to help in either supplying your bear or recommending an alternative.
Can my bear be sent by special delivery?
Yes we can send your bear by Special Delivery to any destination in the UK or Channel Islands. There is an additional P&P charge (dependant on weight) to cover this service.
Can my bear be sent to a different delivery address?

What if I want to order more than one bear with the same message?
If you wish order 5 or more bears with the same personalisation please contact us as you may qualify for trade prices.
Do you send my details to third parties?
We do not send any of our customers details on to any third party as we believe strongly in keeping our customers details secret.
Are your toys safe for babies?
All our toys meet and surpass the safety requirements for the European CE mark and BSEN71.
Though they pass these tests, we do not primarily design these toys for children under 24 months. To show this, all our toys have a label detailing this fact.
